JOB TITLE: Acquisitions Analyst

SALARY: $100,000 – $125,000 + Benefits + Bonus Potential
Company Overview
We Search People are partnered with a growing real estate investment firm focused on multifamily acquisitions across the Southeast. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to join their Atlanta team and support the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of multifamily investment opportunities.
Position Overview
The Acquisitions Analyst will play a key role in evaluating multifamily acquisitions through financial modeling, market research, and due diligence. Working closely with senior leadership, this position offers exposure to the full acquisition lifecycle and the opportunity to contribute directly to portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Underwrite multifamily acquisition opportunities and build financial models
• Conduct market research and analyze investment trends
• Prepare investment summaries and presentations for stakeholders
• Review property financials, rent rolls, and operating performance
• Support due diligence, transaction execution, and closing processes
• Coordinate with brokers, lenders, consultants, and legal teams
• Track acquisition pipeline activity and maintain market intelligence
• Assist with sourcing new investment opportunities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in multifamily acquisitions, real estate finance, or investment analysis
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Understanding of multifamily valuation methodologies and market analysis
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with ARGUS, CoStar, Yardi, or similar platforms preferred
• Atlanta market knowledge is a plus
