Accounts Receivable Specialist (Legal) | Fully Remote

A leading global law firm is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to its finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with law firm experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and wants to be part of a highly collaborative team.

This role will focus on cash applications, resolving unapplied payments, and supporting billing and collections teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue processing.

What you'll be doing:

• Applying cash and maintaining accurate A/R records
• Investigating and resolving unapplied or unidentified payments
• Partnering with billing and collections on account inquiries
• Supporting write-offs, reversals, and reallocations
• Managing internal requests and ensuring timely resolution

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Aderant is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
