Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:
  • Track accounts receivable and collection activities

  • Investigate outstanding invoices and initiate collections or liens as needed

  • Perform audits to ensure accurate invoices and allocations
  • Assist technicians with residential financing approvals

  • Reconcile bank statements, prepare journal entries, and handle month-end duties

  • Generate and distribute financial reports and aging reports

  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

  • Support basic accounts payable and receivable tasks

Qualifications: What You’ll Bring:
  • 2-4 years of accounting experience (or equivalent training/education)

  • Familiarity with standard accounting principles

  • Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
