Pay: $21 - $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM

Track accounts receivable and collection activities
Investigate outstanding invoices and initiate collections or liens as needed
Assist technicians with residential financing approvals
Reconcile bank statements, prepare journal entries, and handle month-end duties
Generate and distribute financial reports and aging reports
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Support basic accounts payable and receivable tasks
2-4 years of accounting experience (or equivalent training/education)
Familiarity with standard accounting principles
Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
