The Opportunity
This is a high-impact accounting role within a dynamic and evolving organization. The Accounting Manager, Consolidation & Reporting will play a key role in managing complex, multi-entity consolidations while supporting financial reporting, technical accounting, and system optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Consolidation & Financial Reporting
- Support monthly and quarterly consolidation processes across multiple entities and reporting groups
- Prepare and review consolidated and standalone financial statements, including disclosures
- Assist with management reporting and analytical review of financial results
Technical Accounting & Close
- Support technical accounting analysis under U.S. GAAP and IFRS
- Assist with month-end close and audit processes
- Contribute to accounting policy development and documentation
Systems & Data Analysis
- Analyze large datasets across multiple systems and ensure data integrity across reporting layers
- Support automation and optimization of reporting processes within systems such as SAP and Workiva
- Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and models to improve visibility and efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with finance, accounting, and operational teams to support reporting and analysis
- Assist with ad hoc projects related to accounting, reporting, and system improvements
Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
- 5–8 years of accounting experience, with a strong foundation in consolidation and financial reporting
- Experience working within complex, multi-entity structures, including intercompany and consolidation processes
- Highly analytical, with the ability to work across large datasets and multiple systems
- Prior experience within renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or similar asset-heavy industries
Preferred Background
- Exposure to IFRS and technical accounting concepts
- CPA and/or Big 4 background
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA (Group Reporting), Workiva, or similar systems
- Experience supporting process improvement or automation initiatives
- Background in public company or public-company-like reporting environments
