LHH is partnered with a growing, mid-size healthcare company to hire a newly created Accounting Manager. This role offers hybrid flexibility, strong leadership support, clear growth potential, and a collaborative team environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop Staff and Senior Accountants
  • Oversee month-end close across multiple practices
  • Support corporate reporting and consolidations across various regions
  • Perform technical accounting research
  • Assist with external audits as needed
  • Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and related inquiries
  • Support acquisition-related accounting activities
  • Contribute to special projects and other ad hoc responsibilities


Qualifications:

  • CPA or actively pursuing preferred
  • At least 1 year of management experience required
  • Experience working in a multi-entity environment required
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Background in external audit is a plus
