Location: Madison, WI (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $13–$15 per hour

Duration: 12 Month Contract To Hire

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Associates degree
  • Strong keyboarding skills, with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with spreadsheets, data entry, and simple formulas
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑moving environment
  • Dependability and professionalism, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work onsite full time in Madison, WI

Key Responsibilities

Project Funding & PO Creation

  • Create, update, and manage purchase orders (POs) to support ongoing business and project initiatives
  • Ensure project funding allocations are correctly entered and documented
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to verify budget details, funding sources, and project requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and help resolve discrepancies related to PO entries or funding information

Invoice Processing

  • Receive, review, and process incoming invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and verify appropriate approvals
  • Assist with onboarding and entering new vendors into the system
  • Communicate with internal departments or vendors to resolve billing or invoice issues
