POSITION SUMMARY

As Account Supervisor, you are the primary driver of day-to-day client delivery. You ensure strategic direction from Business Consulting is translated into actionable scopes, timelines, and budgets, and you keep the work moving from briefing through final delivery.


You build strong client relationships, lead internal status meetings, and coordinate closely with Delivery, Agency Operations, and other internal teams to make sure work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard. You mentor Senior Account Executives and Account Executives, ensuring they understand delivery processes, client expectations, and agency standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Day-to-Day Client Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications on assigned accounts.
  • Maintain ongoing awareness of client priorities, challenges, and upcoming needs.
  • Proactively flag risks in scope, budget, or timeline to senior account leadership, BC, and Delivery.


Project Delivery Management

  • Translate strategic recommendations into clear, actionable scopes and timelines.
  • Oversee project milestones and ensure deadlines are visible and tracked in agency systems (Asana), driving accountability across internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and client feedback cycles.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • With Business Consulting, Strategy, Media, and Creative leads: Ensure account deliverables incorporate strategic insights, creative direction, and media plans.
  • With Delivery/Agency Operations: Align on feasibility, staffing, and milestone dates.
  • With Finance: Monitor budgets and communicate potential variances early.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor Senior Account Executives and Account Executives, providing guidance on process, client communication, and delivery expectations.
  • Delegate effectively, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Foster collaboration and accountability within the account team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–7 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in marketing, creative, and media environments.
