Role Description
In this full-time role, you will manage customer accounts, nurture client relationships, support sales initiatives, and develop creative merchandising solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include daily communication with clients, coordinating orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless project execution. Additional duties involve promoting products, training clients on offerings, and working collaboratively with the design and production teams to meet customer expectations. Positions available in Orlando/ Kissimmee Areas /Clermont/ Davenport / Haines City
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and delivering successful project outcomes.
- Strong Customer Service and proficient Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in Sales with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Capability in Training and providing education to clients on product offerings and services.
- Attention to detail, punctuality, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency with common business software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience in merchandising, the apparel industry, or product development is a plus.
