Account Representative

📍 Zac Industrial Services LLC – McKinney, TX

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our growing team in the McKinney area. This role combines operations management, client relations, and business development, with strong potential to grow into a full-time position.

• Part-Time (approximately 2 days per week)
• Opportunity to transition into full-time as the company expands
• Must be available early mornings (starting at 6:00 AM when required)

• Coordinate daily operations and staffing requirements
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure service quality
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle client issues and provide effective solutions
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and service proposals
• Visit potential client sites and support business growth
• Track crew hours and manage supplies
• Ensure safety standards and compliance at all job sites

• Janitorial Services
• Waste & Recycling Management
• Carpet & Window Cleaning
• Painting & General Facility Maintenance

• Spanish required (to communicate effectively with staff)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and office tools
• Reliable transportation (local travel required)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
