As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

✅ Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Experience handling customer escalations and conflict resolution
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work fully onsite in Blue Ash, OH
