We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking an Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Hiawatha, IA. What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and recommend products, materials, and value-added solutions
  • Prepare accurate quotes, pricing proposals, and cost calculations while maintaining profitability goals
  • Manage customer orders from initial inquiry through fulfillment and delivery
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support strategic accounts and business objectives
  • Monitor customer activity, project timelines, and order status to ensure exceptional service
  • Support new business development initiatives and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Participate in customer visits, industry events, trade shows, training programs, and team meetings as needed
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
