LOCATION: Fort Worth Area


CONTEXT: Our client is seeking an Account Executive – Events / Inside Sales professional to grow and manage client relationships for their restroom and luxury event rental services. This role requires a balance of account growth and high-level coordination to ensure successful event execution from start to finish.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect new customers and convert competitor accounts to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling services within current accounts.
  • Represent the company at bridal shows, event expos, and trade shows, including booth setup, client engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Lead the full sales process from initial contact through contract execution, presenting tailored rental solutions and pricing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, service, and pickup for all projects.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after events.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of sales experience (3+ years of inside/outside sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a comfort for face-to-face event environments.
  • Experience in rentals, events, construction services, or logistics is a significant plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously and a comfort level with regional travel.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and solutions-oriented with a focus on delivering a premium client experience.
