Job Overview:
John Charles Search is representing a leading manufacturer of storage solutions seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow business across Texas.
This role will focus on developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and promoting a portfolio of pallet racking, cantilever racking, shelving systems, and related storage solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling industrial products, material handling equipment, or storage solutions and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a defined territory.
Compensation
Base Salary (up to $100k) + Commission

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships throughout Texas, to a distribution network or directly to end-users.
- Identify customer needs and provide consultative storage solutions that deliver operational and commercial value.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and site visits through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, track opportunities through the CRM system, and consistently achieve territory sales objectives.
Key Requirements
- Experience in industrial, material handling, storage, or related B2B sales environments.
- Proven ability to generate new business, manage accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a territory independently.
- Willingness to travel throughout Texas to support customers and develop new opportunities.
