YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are restructuring our Wholesale team in the U.S. and Canada as we continue organic growth via brand equity. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive, who is driven, energetic, and resourceful. This individual will help grow and develop the multi- brand/ hospitality/e-commerce/kids/Country club/ travel retail/private label businesses in partnership with senior management. To succeed in this role, this individual should be a self-starter and business development enthusiast who can create and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and creatively grow the business.


Growth Path Potential: Key Account Manager


YOUR IMPACT

  • Grow all exiting accounts: analyze sales, inventory levels, product development and management, and trends in order to maximize sell-through and generate reorders.
  • Open new accounts: stay abreast of regional markets in the USA and Canada to create targeted localized strategies and prospect new accounts.
  • Own sales and order processes (negotiating terms, identifying customer solutions, order entry and maintenance, shipment, order fulfillment, SWAPs, and sample management). Admin tasks are essential to the success of this role.
  • Prepare all collateral and pertinent presentations for sales campaign and market appointments.
  • Partner with logistics and warehouse partners as pertaining to wholesale to also include production PO entry and management every season.
  • Partner with wholesale customers: buying, visual merchandising, marketing, sales seminars, analyze customer trends, and identify customer specific projects and incentives to drive sales.
  • Partner with internal Marketing team to execute sales incentives, events, and promotions to drive brand visibility in wholesale heavy specialty markets.
  • Assist with the forecast and department budget to include: Annual sales projections by client, partnership giveback, RTV, marketing, and personnel.


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with 2-4 years previous experience in fashion wholesale.
  • Keen interest in the Women’s swim and accessories businesses and knowledge of the Men’s and Kid’s businesses.
  • Contacts in the top specialty, E-commerce, hotel, and buying offices are a plus.
  • Proficiency required in Excel (PIVOT and VLOOKUP), Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency preferred in AS400, Orliweb, SHIVA, JOOR, NUORDER, Zappos Portal, ZOOMINFO and Linkedin Navigator.
  • Organized and analytical team player, who is highly motivated and a good negotiator.
  • “Think- outside-the-box” mentality.
  • An understanding of the Luxury Market and the brand partnership process.
  • Resort/retail hospitality experience is a plus.

OUR COMMITMENT

The compensation for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus a performance bonus based on sales goal. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
