Responsibilities
- Proactively engage prospective clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Managed the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through close and ongoing growth
- Meet with clients, understand their business needs, and position tailored solutions
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions
- Manage opportunities from the first conversation through close and beyond
- Stay active, organized, and consistent in your outreach and pipeline development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience (Insurance, financial services, advertising, events, or service-based selling experience has proven to be successful in this role.)
- Experience in environments that value proactive outreach
- Strong communication skills with a professional and natural ability to connect with people
- Entrepreneurial mindset and naturally curious to provide consultative solutions
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable managing their own activity
