We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Executive with a strong background in digital advertising sales within a media company environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. Especially within Spanish-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities in digital advertising (display, video, programmatic, social, etc.)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, with a focus on Spanish-speaking audiences and markets
- Build strategic relationships with agencies and direct clients
- Create customized media proposals and presentations based on client objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ad ops, creative) to ensure successful campaign execution
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, digital media innovations, and competitive landscape
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in digital ad sales at a media company (publisher, network, or platform)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, DSPs, SSPs, targeting, analytics)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Experience selling to or working with multicultural or Hispanic markets is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Existing book of business or strong industry contacts
- Experience working with major agencies or brands
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
