Account Executive

We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Executive with a strong background in digital advertising sales within a media company environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. Especially within Spanish-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities in digital advertising (display, video, programmatic, social, etc.)
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, with a focus on Spanish-speaking audiences and markets
  • Build strategic relationships with agencies and direct clients
  • Create customized media proposals and presentations based on client objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ad ops, creative) to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends, digital media innovations, and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in digital ad sales at a media company (publisher, network, or platform)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, DSPs, SSPs, targeting, analytics)
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience selling to or working with multicultural or Hispanic markets is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Existing book of business or strong industry contacts
  • Experience working with major agencies or brands
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
