Account Executive | Polyester Films | Midwest
Location: Flexible across the Midwest (travel required)
Salary: $130K-$180K total compensation
I’m partnering with a leading global polyester film manufacturer on an Account Executive hire to cover the Midwest region and drive growth with converters across the USA and Canada.
The business operates a major production facility in the Midwest with a strong presence in food packaging applications.
The role
- Drive sales of polyester films, including BOPET, BOPP, CPP, and PET films, to converters across the Midwest.
- Focus heavily on food packaging, which represents around 70% of the business.
- Build and manage relationships with key customers and prospects across the region.
- Report directly to the President of Sales, North America, in a hands-on individual contributor role.
- Join a business that promotes internally and offers genuine long-term growth.
What we’re looking for
- Sales experience in the BOPET, BOPP, or CPP films space.
- Alternatively, upstream experience selling adhesives, inks, or resins into the same applications.
- Strong relationships in the food packaging or flexible packaging market (converters)
- Comfortable with regular travel across the Midwest.
- Someone commercially sharp who can open doors and grow existing accounts.
