🚀 About the Role

We are hiring a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to help grow a fast-paced IT solutions business focused on hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services offerings for mid-market clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative sales environments, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and has experience managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to renewals. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience selling IT solutions within a VAR, MSP, or technology solutions environment.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through outbound prospecting and relationship building
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Identify client technology challenges and recommend tailored IT solutions
  • Sell hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services offerings
  • Manage full sales cycle activities including prospecting, quoting, renewals, and account growth
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
  • Build strong relationships with vendor and distribution partners
  • Stay current on evolving technologies, certifications, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to support customer success


✅ Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience selling IT products, services, or solutions
  • Experience in a VAR or MSP environment strongly preferred
  • Proven success generating net-new business
  • Strong consultative B2B sales experience

  • Strong communication skills within technical environments
