Account Executive - Hybrid Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence by identifying new opportunities and driving sales growth. As a Sales Specialist, you will blend technical expertise with commercial acumen to provide top-notch support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, product specification reviews, sample creation, and preparing quotations, in addition to project management for order execution.

 

Job Responsibilities

·     Expand sales through the introduction of innovative products and services, and by exploring new applications.

·     Leverage sales expertise to identify and pursue new opportunities in the market.

·     Engage in outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and prospecting.

·     Grow the customer base by meeting with potential clients, educating them on the advantages of our products, and effectively closing sales.

·     Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·     Conduct proactive customer outreach and travel to visit new prospects.

·     Act as a liaison between our Applications Team and customers, ensuring seamless communication.

·     Respond promptly to inquiries and sales requests within specified time frames.

·     Track quote status, sample status, and sales statistics, providing regular reports to Sales Management.

·     Prepare proposals for product customization to meet specific customer requirements.

·     Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

·     Travel throughout North America as required, with occasional international travel for training.


   Skills / Qualifications

·     Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective task management.

·     Strong collaborative and communication skills, both written and oral.

·     Proven experience in cold calling potential leads.

·     Self-motivated and able to work independently.

·     Consistent professionalism, good judgment, and a competitive attitude.

·     Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.

·     Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

·     Must possess a valid driver's license and qualify for coverage under the company auto policy.

 

Education / Experience

·      4-year degree in Business or related degree

·      3-years B2B sales and account management experience

·      Industry experience in Linear Actuation Systems a plus
