We’re hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to support our nursing and allied team, partnering with medical facilities nationwide to fill critical roles.
This role is ideal for individuals with KPI-driven sales experience who want hands-on development, consistent coaching, and a clear path to growth through performance—all while making a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Please Note: This is an agency recruiting role focused on execution and fulfillment. It is not a pathway into HR or corporate recruiting. It’s designed for individuals who want to sharpen their recruiting and sales skills in a performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage active job openings and candidate pipelines from day one
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for urgent hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong, “ready-now” bench of qualified talent
- Match candidates to client requirements with speed and accuracy
- Drive speed-to-submit and consistently hit weekly recruiting goals
- Partner with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth, on-time starts
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in internal systems
