  • Earnings: $160,000 - $200,000+ On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Over 2,000 general contractors across the U.S. already rely on Sensera to secure and optimize their projects.


Thanks to explosive, sustained growth, we are expanding our sales team. We are looking for a high-velocity Account Executive who shares our core values to drive new logo acquisition and expand our footprint in a massive, untapped market.

The Role & Expectations


As an Account Executive at Sensera, you will own the entire sales spectrum—from proactive pipeline generation to final negotiation and close. This is a fast-paced, hunt-and-win role focused on landing and expanding high-value accounts.

Drive Monthly Quota & Revenue

  • Hit the Numbers: Consistently meet and exceed your individual monthly sales quota.
  • Proactive Pipeline Mastery: Don't just wait for leads. Proactively prospect, cultivate, and manage a robust sales funnel with Annual Contract Values (ACV) typically ranging from $10K to $100K.
  • Trust-Based Selling: Build honest and trustworthy relationships with clients, serving as a transparent advisor who recommends the right solutions for their project needs.
  • Full-Cycle Execution: Manage both short, transactional velocity cycles and longer, strategic consultative sales cycles with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Land & Expand: Secure new logo accounts and strategically identify immediate upsell opportunities within those new accounts.


Who You Are:

  • Core Values: You naturally embody our values of being honest, trustworthy, collaborative, curious, and proactive.
  • Proven Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in software sales or highly consultative sales to business and/or government clients.
  • Quota Crusher: Successful and demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas in previous sales roles.
  • Deal Flow Management: Successful track record of managing a sales funnel with deals valued between $10K to $100K ACV.
  • Tech-Savvy Hunter: Strong aptitude for technology and the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of new technologies. Proficiency in Sales Enablement tools like Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, Gong, or similar.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
