A contemporary women’s sportswear and denim brand is looking for a Sales Supporter to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have experience working with department stores, TJX, off-price retailers, and club channels. Oversee merchandising strategies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while engaging with upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for growing and maintaining both new and existing accounts
  • Experience with off price accounts including TJX, and all tiers of distribution.
  • Analyze brand positioning, target new business for additional opportunities.
  • Present the current collection to Buyers, Upper Management and Product Development team
  • Work closely with cross functional team to develop and execute market strategies for each season
  • Coordinate with design on current sales trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies achieving financial plans
  • Partner with retailers and execute key brand strategy and initiatives
  • Collaborate with merchandising team creating product assortment plans, and line plans adhering to a calendar.

Skills

· 8 Plus years selling, merchandising, and building a licensed brand

· Experience with selling Sportswear, and Denim

· Strong financial acumen analytic skills and knowledge of retail math.

· Proven track record of sales in a leadership role preferably in dresses.

· Travel to accounts

· MS Office and Microsoft Excel

· BA Degree in Fashion, Marketing or Business
