Responsible for managing personal sales activities and customer engagement to achieve business objectives. This includes planning and prioritizing tasks, maintaining and growing customer relationships, and supporting team members. The role involves managing product/service offerings, responding promptly to inquiries, and leveraging tools to track customer interactions. It also includes monitoring market trends, attending meetings and training, and adhering to company policies, including health and safety. Active participation in sales strategy and internal collaboration is essential to drive business development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Specific Job Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understands the principles of marketing, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, etc.
Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word. Must also have a good working knowledge of the internet and email.
Literacy and Numeracy: Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations, Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.
Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
Pay Range: $65-75k plus commission
