Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Access Control / CCTV Integrator to join our team on-site in Colorado Springs, CO. The role primarily involves installing, configuring, and maintaining access control systems and CCTV units for commercial, institutional, and industrial clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting security systems, running cabling, programming devices, integrating systems for optimal security performance, and providing client training on installed technology. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and dependable service.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in access control systems, CCTV installation, and system programming
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to security systems
• Experience with cabling, wiring, and system integration for both small-scale and large-scale projects
• Familiarity with commercial security standards, procedures, and hardware
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear client training and support
• Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Physical ability to lift and handle tools and equipment, and work in various environments, including outdoor and construction sites
• Relevant certifications in access control or CCTV systems (e.g., certifications in Lenel, Axis, or equivalent systems) are a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
