ABS Operations Associate Director

A ~$75b alternative asset manager in Midtown Manhattan is looking to add an ABS Operations Professional (title is flexible and based on level of experience) to its growing team on a hybrid basis (3x in office per week). Compensation is competitive.

Responsibilities

• Settlement of private ABS transactions
• Oversee new securities setup and onboarding
• Cash management, reconciliation, and reporting
• Process improvements and automation as needed
• Calculation of Waterfalls
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 4-12 years of relevant operations/middle office experience with ABS products
• Expertise in fixed income securities
• Strong Excel skills with experience in Aladdin, Intex, or WSO
