Teachers must be able to provide evidence in the following areas:

  • A minimum of 7 years teaching elementary school
  • An ability to execute strategies that create a classroom culture and climate that is conducive to learning
  • Experience analyzing data to drive instruction
  • An ability to differentiate instruction for various skill levels and learning styles
  • Documented history of exceptional student growth
  • Experience with students of varying academic skill levels

  • Be reflective and receptive to academic coaching and feedback, demonstrating a growth mindset
  • Be able to handle high performance expectations and deadlines
