$100K–$125K+ Base + Truck/Allowance + Full Benefits

We are hiring a 3rd Shift Superintendent for a retail renovation project in Boulder for our long time Primary GC client
This is a night shift, live-environment TI project in an occupied space during the day. The space remains active, so execution, coordination, and professionalism matter.
This is not a babysitter role.
You will run the site, own the trades, and be the face of the project during off-hours.
Why This Role Exists:
This project requires night operations to keep the space active during the day, and the team needs a dedicated field leader who can fully own the site during off-hours.
The current team is strong, but this role is about putting the right person in place to maintain production, quality, and accountability when leadership is not physically present.
The Project:
Retail renovation in an active environment
Tight phasing, logistics, and sequencing required
Night work to support ongoing operations
What You’ll Do:
Lead full site operations during 3rd shift
Manage and coordinate all subcontractors and trades
Drive schedule, sequencing, and daily production
Own QA/QC – identify and resolve issues proactively
Maintain site safety and enforce standards
Handle logistics, deliveries, and access in a live space
Communicate with PM team on progress, risks, and updates
Maintain clean documentation (daily logs, photos, reports)
Must Have (Non-Negotiable):
Strong Superintendent experience in TI / renovation (retail or commercial)
Proven ability to run a job independently
Experience managing multiple trades simultaneously
Strong QA/QC ownership
Experience working in live / occupied environments
Ability to drive schedule in tight windows
Safety-first mindset with enforcement
Clear communicator (written and verbal)
Strong Plus:
Retail renovation experience (big box ideal)
Night shift or off-hours project experience
Procore experience
MEP coordination during active operations
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $110K – $125K+ (flexible depending on experience)
