3rd Shift Onsite Solution Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Onsite Solution Specialist to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Onsite Solution Specialist, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting customer service and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Onsite Solution Specialist

Location: Sedalia

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Shift: Overnight, 11pm to 7:30am, Sunday night to Friday morning

What's the Job?

• Assist in customer order placement, quoting, sourcing, and identification of products.
• Manage inventory programs including Vendor Managed Inventory, Vending, or Storeroom management.
• Collaborate with the team to determine sourcing strategies for customer projects to support cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Participate in customer plant meetings, strategic initiatives, and Lean/Six Sigma events to improve processes.
• Resolve on-site customer product and service issues by providing effective sales-related solutions and working with vendors to expedite orders.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inbound/outbound sales, customer service, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with email, internet browsers, and Windows operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Industrial knowledge and sales competency are advantageous but not mandatory.
