We are partnering with a highly respected, employee-owned manufacturer seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead 3rd shift operations within a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and driving operational performance.
We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in:
- Plastics manufacturing
- Extrusion or thermoplastic processing
- Injection molding
- Film, tubing, converting, or continuous process manufacturing
- High-volume industrial production environments
Ideal candidates will bring:
- 5 years of manufacturing experience and supervisory experience
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- Strong safety, quality, and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience leading production teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve throughput
