3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation: $25 - $35, PLUS $1.25 Shift Differential

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500


We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support plant operations on our overnight shift. This position plays a critical role in keeping equipment running efficiently and safely for our RESRG Automotive facility (formerly SRG Global) in Covington, GA. With a global footprint across four continents and a commitment to sustainability, RESRG Automotive specializes in advanced exterior and interior systems, offering cutting-edge technologies to meet the evolving demands of the automotive industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Follow all OSHA, safety, environmental, and company compliance standards
  • Complete both scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment issues
  • Document maintenance activities and manage work orders within our CMMS system (Maintenance Connection)
  • Support spare parts tracking and inventory accuracy
  • Maintain an organized and safe maintenance workspace
  • Take ownership of safety, quality, and productivity goals within the department


Physical Demands

  • Lift up to 50–75 lbs. as needed
  • Work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
  • Regular standing and walking, with frequent hand use for detailed tasks
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, or sitting
  • Ability to meet visual requirements including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment


Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Experience reading and interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Comfortable using computer systems for maintenance tracking and documentation
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role


Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical degree or related certification
  • Background in injection molding environments


Work Environment

  • Required PPE includes hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed footwear
  • Climate-controlled facility (approx. 68°F in winter and 85°F in summer)
  • Regular exposure to grease, oils, manufacturing chemicals, and heat sources up to 800°F


This is a non-exempt, hourly position reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
