Location: Eden Prairie, MN (will be in office for training then will switch to remote and will come in office one day per month)

Available Schedules after training: Sun, Mon, Tues, Fri, and Sat from 11:30pm to 8am or Sun, Mon, Thu, Fri, and Sat from 11:30pm to 8am

In this role, you will support daily operational execution while ensuring high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Job Description
The Associate Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing key operational tasks that support the movement of goods through the supply chain. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities Include
- Provide shipment information and updates to customers and carriers
- Create and manage orders within internal systems
- Activate, build, and assign loads in alignment with operational standards
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
- Track and trace shipments, ensuring timely and accurate status updates
- Enter shipment events and process invoicing accurately
- Monitor task boards and shared email inboxes to promptly respond to inquiries
- Document shipment activity and ensure compliance with SOPs and escalation procedures
- Follow through on customer and carrier requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Validate and maintain accurate load data in company systems in accordance with internal and customer standards
- Escalate issues, discrepancies, or complex requests as needed
- Support additional operational tasks based on team or regional requirements
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
- Ability to follow standardized processes and procedures
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in a call center, logistics, or similar fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
