3D Parametric Modeler

We are seeking a skilled 3D Parametric Designer with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will modify 2D/3D details and drawings according to architectural plans, engineering updates, and sales requests. You will compile drawing packages for submittal and manufacture, calculate material quantities, and release materials for fabrication. Your role will also include maintaining organized shared folders and supporting various CAD/project tasks.

• Modify 2D/3D details and drawings according to architectural plans, engineering updates, and sales requests.
• Compile drawing packages for submittal and manufacturing purposes.
• Calculate material quantities and release materials for fabrication at our manufacturing facility.
• Assist in maintaining the organization of shared folders.
• Perform various CAD/project support tasks.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting.
• Proficiency in Rhino 3D with a competency level of 7/10.
• Medium proficiency in AutoCAD with a competency level of 5/10.
• Experience with at least one commercial construction project.
• Exposure to architectural scopes.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Revit with a competency level of 7/10.
• Experience designing roofing systems.

You will be working in a dynamic environment that values a positive attitude and high enthusiasm for our company, employees, and products. The role requires proficiency in software such as Rhino 3D, Grasshopper, and AutoCAD, with exposure to commercial construction projects. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
