Robert Half Technology is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Administrator to join a thriving enterprise based in Pomona, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on ERP professional who enjoys working onsite within cross-functional IT and Finance teams while maintaining limited hybrid flexibility. The Administrator will oversee environment management, integrations, security, and performance tuning to ensure seamless ERP operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain all D365FO environments, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
- Configure SMTP, batch jobs, workflows, and EDI integrations (TrueCommerce or similar).
- Perform data refreshes across Tier 1, Tier 2+, and Production via LCS, SQL Server Management Studio, and Azure DevOps.
- Manage code deployments using DevOps pipelines and the LCS Asset Library.
- Collaborate with business teams to create Power BI dashboards and SharePoint integrations.
- Maintain user roles, security permissions, and BYOD entities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while documenting changes through DevOps.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive process automation and compliance readiness.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012).
- Expertise in SQL, Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Experience with EDI integrations (TrueCommerce or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of role-based security and data governance.
Preferred
- Microsoft Certifications: MB-300 and MB-500
- Familiarity with X++, Power Automate, and custom reports.
- Functional knowledge of Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.

Compensation & Work Modality
Salary: $100K – $160K DOE + Benefits
