The team at GQR is expanding our Permanent Division within our Healthcare business and is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial staffing professional to step into a true 360 Recruiter role within our direct-hire healthcare vertical. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on owning the full recruitment lifecycle—from building new client relationships and driving revenue to sourcing, closing, and placing top healthcare talent.


The Opportunity:

  • Own a full 360 desk by driving both business development and recruitment delivery within the permanent healthcare market
  • Prospect, develop, and win new client partnerships across hospital systems, healthcare organizations, and healthcare networks
  • Manage the full sales cycle including outreach, business development, client presentations, negotiation, close, and account expansion
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers, acting as a consultative hiring partner
  • Identify market opportunities, generate leads, and strategically grow revenue across new and existing accounts
  • Source, screen, and engage RN and Allied healthcare professionals for permanent/direct-hire opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to active searches and long-term market demand

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of agency staffing, healthcare recruiting, or 360 recruiting experience
  • Proven success in both business development/client generation and candidate placement
  • Ability to manage both sides of the desk with confidence—building business while delivering top talent
  • Strong sourcing, sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Track record of exceeding KPIs, hitting revenue targets, and consistently performing at a high level
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable operating in an autonomous, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability, urgency, and a solutions-oriented approach
