We are looking for an organized and service-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team in Petah Tikva!

The position is temporary for one year, with an option for extension.�

Responsibilities

  • The role includes supporting operational HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, maintaining employee data, and working closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  • Prepare employment agreements and support new hire onboarding.�
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.�
  • Handle onboarding processes for contractors, interns, and external employees.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees.�
  • Support employee transfer processes and system status updates.�
  • Work closely with employees and managers throughout HR processes.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and trackers�
    Perform data validation and identify gaps between systems.�
  • Manage operational HR processes related to employee records and permissions.�
  • Support process improvement initiatives within HR Operations.�
  • Generate ongoing and monthly reports for HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
  • Work closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and managers.�
  • Support offboarding processes, including access termination and equipment coordination.�
  • Provide operational support to employees and managers.�

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR Operations / HR Administration – mandatory.
  • Experience working with HR and payroll systems such as SuccessFactors / HRM – Malam – advantage.�
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and reporting.�
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.�
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.�
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.�
  • Good English skills – mandatory.
