Position Overview:
• Ability to communicate succinctly, effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Comfortable with ambiguity/uncertainty and excellent analytical skills and ability to draw insights/derive viable strategic options. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Key Responsibilities:
• Help organize sales training sessions, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communication.
• Assist trainers in creating and updating training materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop engaging content for training programs, such as case studies, role - play scenarios, and interactive activities.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys and feedback; collect and analyze data.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding training initiatives; assist in drafting internal communications and newsletters.
Qualifications:
• Preference for Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or Business Administration.
