Job Description

Join our team as a 1st shift CNC Machinist, where you will work from 6 AM to 4 PM with the flexibility of a 50-hour work week and voluntary weekends. We offer a flexible work schedule and opportunities for growth within our high-volume, high-precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily meetings to understand shift requirements and assigned workstations.
• Manage up to 3 CNC machines, performing up to 8 or 9 tool changes daily.
• Load CNC machines, pull programs, and make minor edits as needed.
• Perform quality checks using Micrometers and Calipers every 300-400 parts.
• Ensure parts meet tolerances of (+/-) 10-20 Microns.
• Store completed parts in bins for daily shipment to customers.

Essential Skills

• 2 years of experience on CNC Machines (Swiss CNC).
• 2 years of experience in reading blueprints.
• 2 years of experience in performing Machine Tool Changes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in CNC Programming is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kentwood, MI.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Pay for Skills program. This program gives employees the opportunity to complete courses and increase their hourly wage. Course work needs to be done on the employee’s own time and after a Home Competency is completed, there are 5 more courses employees can complete, getting a $.50 increase upon completion of each course outside of the Home Competency.All benefits but 401k are effective on the start date, and he will be eligible to participate in the 401k plan on the first month proceeding.

This is a fully onsite position in Kentwood,MI.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 20, 2026.
