Job Title: 1st Shift Forklift Operator
Job Description
This 1st shift Forklift Operator role supports a small, close‑knit team by safely moving materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving activities across multiple buildings. You will operate a sit-down forklift, handle materials throughout the facility, and use basic computer and inventory systems to keep products flowing smoothly.

Work Environment
This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime when needed. You will work in a small shop with a small, tight-knit team.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
