💵 Pay: $20- 22.75/hr

🕒 Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

🚀 What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you’ll be trained to run a variety of extrusion equipment while ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production operations. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where teamwork and attention to detail are key.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect extrusion equipment, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
• Pull materials from inventory and report damaged or missing items.
• Set up machines according to production orders and technical drawings.
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Label and pack finished materials per work order instructions.
• Retrieve samples for quality assurance checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Report safety concerns or hazards to leadership.
• Wear required PPE, including a respirator during machine setup.

🔧 What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in heavy labor, machine operation, construction, or carpentry.
• Strong attendance record and work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Team‑player mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and basic power tool skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow procedures.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Stable work history (good tenure is a plus).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, CA.
