Shifts & Pay

First Shift

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Pay: $22.00/hour
  • Overtime: Potential for up to 8 hours of mandatory overtime on Saturdays during busy periods

Second Shift

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Pay: $23.87/hour (shift differential included)
  • Overtime: Potential for up to 8 hours of mandatory overtime on Saturdays during busy periods

What You’ll Do

  • Set up, operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot production and filling equipment
  • Formulate, fill, test, and package chemical and biological reagent products
  • Perform solution testing such as pH, conductivity, and density checks
  • Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, GMP, FDA, QSR, and ISO requirements
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation
  • Operate packaging equipment, including labeling, cleaning, and packing
  • Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
  • Train or support team members as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of experience in a regulated environment (medical, pharmaceutical, food, or similar) preferred
  • Experience operating machines or filling/packaging equipment
  • Ability to read, write, and follow procedures in English
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move throughout the production area
  • Team‑oriented, dependable, and willing to cross‑train

Work Environment

  • Regulated manufacturing setting with strict quality and safety standards
  • Approximately 80% standing / 20% walking
  • PPE required: smock, safety glasses, steel‑toed shoes, hairnet, beard net (if applicable)
  • Clean, organized, and professional atmosphere focused on safety and compliance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
