Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in automated assembly solutions, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operators

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay Range: $19.50 + $1.00 Shift Differential

Shift: All shifts available! 1st: 7am - 3:30pm, 2nd: 3pm - 11:30pm, 3rd: 11pm - 7:30am (Overtime as needed)

What's the Job?

Operate and monitor automated assembly machinery to ensure smooth production flow
Perform routine setup, start-up, and adjustments of equipment according to SOPs
Conduct in-process checks and visual inspections to verify product quality
Maintain accurate production documentation in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
Support team efforts by rotating tasks and assisting coworkers as needed

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in machine operating, at least 1 year of experience
Ability to read, write, and interpret instructions in English
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours and report punctually
