Digital Literacy and Analytics: Possess knowledge of: Sources of Relevant Data; data Analysis Techniques; data Dashboard Tools (for example,PowerBI, Tableau); sources of Industry Trend information; Spreadsheet, Database, Presentation softwares. To be able to: Leverages data analysistools to explore moderately complex data, develops and tests hypotheses, uses data to influence strategic work, builds and presents insights.Identifies, implements, and drives technology change within scope of work. Uses visualization tools to represent data and construct coherent storiesto influence decisions. Uses Customer analytics for basic forecasting purposes. Researches business related data and generates and interpretsbasic analytics. Assists in preparing charts, graphs, tables, and other tools to reflect business performance. Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Possess knowledge of: Financial modeling practices and techniques; financial reports used by organization andfunction; sales forecasting systems. To be able to: Participates in making business decisions based on financial forecasts and models. Monitorseffectiveness of sales forecasting system; adjusts as necessary. Consults on the application of a variety of forecasting and modeling techniques.Uses financial models to seek investment opportunities, cost savings ideas, and growth opportunities. Integrates input from sources to producecomprehensive annual and long-term demand forecasts. Analyzes and resolves anomalies discovered when running models. Selects appropriateforecasting techniques for each product line, department/category, and seller type. Data Transformation & Integration: Possess knowledge of: Data quality guidelines; data customization techniques; data management tools; datatransformation processes. To be able to: Extracts data from identified databases. Creates data pipelines and transforms multiple data sources into ausable data set. Develops knowledge of current data transformation processes. Customizes transformed data set for multiple audiences and reportinggoals.
