In tech, our engineers are moving from writing code toorchestrating agents. Experience:4+ years in either SRE, Developer Experience, Platform, Cloud or Backend Engineering
Tooling:Proficiency with agentic tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex
Fundamentals:Strong grasp of "Day 2” operations and system reliability
Communication:Excellent writing skills - to communicate intent clearly, to humans and agents alike
Coding: Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Golang, or TypeScript
Cloud: Good experience working with a public cloud provider, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Very good knowledge of spoken and written english, german is a plus
Residency in Germany
Bonus points for:
Prior experience with IoT applications
Interest in climate tech industry
Having worked in a scale up environment at a company of similar size
