The Consumer Lending Technology (CLT) group executes the Wells Fargo Technology strategy and offers a strategic technology perspective to the lines of business (LOBs) we support. These LOBs include Auto; Card, Retail & Merchant Services; Home Lending; and Personal Loans within Consumer Lending. Our teams provide technology solutions to the LOBs and manage the application portfolios through the enablers of skills, stability, security, scalability, speed, and satisfaction.

This .NET Engineer Analyst will reside in Auto Lending Technology where you'll work in an agile environment to provide technical support for technology domain environments including but not limited to cloud, middleware, operating systems, applications, Software-as-a-Service, and Platform-as-a-Service products. Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex in the respective technology domain. Has the ability to restore or improve service quality and availability, analyzes and resolves issues or may escalate as needed to meet established service level agreements. Participates in projects associated with the technology domain, which includes installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts including deploying to the technology domain.  Understands the given technology domain in reference to security and compliance requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements and designs specifications, converting them into user stories and tasks and completing the tasks within allocated sprints. 

We are seeking several individuals with knowledge of the consumer lending business, specifically domain knowledge of Auto Lending systems and practices, secure coding practices, and a full range of skills from creating and process requirements, user interface development and coding on all tiers including database development.  The position will need an astute technical mind that can navigate through the organizational and process hurdles to transform the system into a modern microservices based architecture while navigating the due dates on current applications. You should also have an understanding of domain driven design, design principles and patterns.

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of .net experience

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
• 1+ year of MS SQL server experience
• 1+ year of RESTful or SOAP web services
• 2 + years of Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience
• 2+ years of JIRA experience
• 1+ year of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience
• 1+ year of Agile experience
• Exposure to Wells Fargo TFS (Team Foundation Server)
• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
• Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN
• Knowledge or experience of containerization related management stacks with Docker, Swarm or Kubernetes
• Knowledge and understanding of Quality Center/ALM, Quick Test Professional and ClearQuest
• Knowledge and understanding of test driven application development
• Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles and micro services and containers
• Knowledge and understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Framework
• Knowledge and understanding of system application troubleshooting, and quality assurance application testing
• Knowledge and understanding of application or software security such as: web application penetration testing, secure code review, secure static code analysis
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

•Knowledge of ASP.NET Framework. 
•Application development and implementation experience including topics such as distributed computing, load balancing, service bus, message queues
•Strong unit testing skills and understanding of unit testing terminology
•Testing experience testing using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) 
•Familiarity with CI/CD principles, tools and processes 
•Experience with a customer service mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
