Role:-.Net Developer
Location:-Hybrid Role in Lafayette, Louisiana
Duration:-6 month Contract

Future duties and responsibilities:
- Experienced in solutioning, designs for new initiatives, optimization
- Experienced in leading the solution, design discussion and walk throughs to team members
- 50% of the work on New initiatives, Optimization
- 50% of the work on Enhancements, Support requests
- Provides on-going support for the applications
- Debugging, fix complex production issues
- Apply creative ways to address the issues permanently
- Release/post release support (after hours)
- Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective application programming solution.
- Reuse existing code through the use of program development software alternatives and/or integrates purchased solutions.
- Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
- Experience in using AI tools (Eg: Co-Pilot, Cursor, Devin..) preferred
