🛡️ The Role:
• Handle high-exposure insurance defense litigation from inception to resolution
• Manage discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation in general liability, premises liability, and product liability matters
• Bill meaningful hours on stimulating cases with full support from a dedicated team
� About you: 3-8 years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation, with strong knowledge of general liability, premises liability, and product liability.
📍 Location: Hybrid in Orange County
💰 Package:
• Package up to $225k based on experience PLUS a discretionary year-end bonus of up to $20k based on performance and quality of work.
