Job Description Summary
The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises, enforcing site policies, and responding to incidents. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused professional who can ensure the protection of personnel, property, and assets while maintaining a high standard of service.
Job Requirements, Prerequisites, and Essential Functions
Job SpecificationsEducation: High school diploma or higher required
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of security experience required
Previous military or law enforcement experience preferred
Valid California Security Guard Card required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
