Overview
We are seeking a Client Relations Analyst with a strong editorial and writing background to create clear, professional, and compliant written communications for clients and investors. This role combines technical writing, compliance, and client relations, requiring excellent attention to detail, tone, and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and finalize formal client and investor correspondence, including complaint and escalation responses
- Ensure all written communications meet regulatory, compliance, and brand standards
- Edit content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy under deadlines
- Research and synthesize information from Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Risk teams
- Interpret policies and internal documentation to produce compliant messaging
- Maintain documentation accuracy and version control
- Apply style guides and quality standards consistently
- Support operational tasks such as Privacy Opt-Out requests, settlement documentation, and client communications
Writing Samples
- Candidates may be asked to provide writing samples demonstrating professional or formal correspondence, strong grammar and tone, and the ability to clearly explain complex or sensitive information
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in writing, editing, technical writing, or professional communications
- Excellent written English skills with strong proofreading abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
- Experience in financial services, legal, compliance, or regulated environments
- Background in technical writing or editorial review
- Familiarity with structured documentation and style guides
