Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $27/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (Full-time)


Overview

We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Office Services & Facilities Specialist to support daily operations in a fast-paced corporate office. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down conference rooms, offices, and event spaces
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across common areas and workspaces
  • Conduct routine floor checks (room resets, restocking supplies, general upkeep)
  • Manage service requests via ticketing systems and email
  • Support employees with workspace needs (equipment, desk setups, troubleshooting)
  • Assist with catering/event setup and provide occasional mailroom support
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in facilities, office services, or similar role
  • Corporate environment experience preferred (consulting, legal, financial services)
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting up to 40 lbs)
