Overview
We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Office Services & Facilities Specialist to support daily operations in a fast-paced corporate office. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down conference rooms, offices, and event spaces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across common areas and workspaces
- Conduct routine floor checks (room resets, restocking supplies, general upkeep)
- Manage service requests via ticketing systems and email
- Support employees with workspace needs (equipment, desk setups, troubleshooting)
- Assist with catering/event setup and provide occasional mailroom support
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in facilities, office services, or similar role
- Corporate environment experience preferred (consulting, legal, financial services)
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting up to 40 lbs)
