• Job Title: Contingent Workforce and Procurement Specialist
• Location: San Francisco, CA
• Pay Rate: Up to $39/hr Max (Depending on experience)
• Department: Corporate Procurement
• Reports To: Head of Corporate Procurement

Purpose of the Role

As a Senior Associate, you will own the day-to-day management and operational execution of the Bank’s contingent workforce program. You will be the central bridge connecting Corporate Procurement, HR, Legal, IT, and external suppliers to ensure everything runs efficiently, compliantly, and seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of contingent workers (intake, screening interviews, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding).
• System Mastery: Utilize Workday for requisitions, tracking, and maintaining accurate data for audits.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee supplier performance, support contract negotiations, and partner on sourcing events.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure background checks and documentation are audit-ready, collaborating closely with InfoSec, IT, and HR teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide guidance to hiring managers and communicate effectively across all levels, up to the C-Suite.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 3–8 years in contingent workforce program management, procurement, or HR operations.
• Agency Management: Proven track record managing vendors or staffing agencies.
• Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with Workday is highly preferred.
• Mindset: Strong follow-through, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
